funny this post combined with the ramsey post. keller is the best - i’ve actually had dreams where he’s shown up at my house and gone, in this super calm, assertive voice: “hi sean, i’m going to teach you how to make wonderful veal stock this afternoon in my amazing beautiful traveling kitchen”. truly i have had those dreams.
